I love singing in choirs and I sometimes write music myself. I use this page to keep track of some of my past performances and choirs.

  • 2013: Westerkerkkoor, Bach’s St. John’s passion, and various psalms, for which I wrote choral arrangements a few times.

  • Spring-Fall 2013: Philip Glass, parts from Akhnaten, Einstein on the Beach, Koyaanisqatsi, Hydrogen Jukebox. Lavinia Meijer and Attacca Ensemble. Direction: Fokko Oldenhuis.

  • January 2013: abenddämmerung, a capella men’s choir, pieces ranging from the 16th to the 21st century, including two world premieres, by Mathilde Wantenaar and Evelin Seppar. de.fundo, 16-voice men’s choir. Direction: Lodewijk van der Ree.

  • February 2011: Camerata Inflata 2.0, choir and wind ensemble, pieces by Sweelinck, Escher, J. Andriessen, Ravel, Pieper, and a multi-language piece The city and the tower that I wrote for a capella choir, set on text from Genesis 11. Direction: Lodewijk van der Ree.

  • 2010: founding member of de.fundo, a Dutch men’s choir.

  • 2007-2008: member of King’s Voices, King’s College, Cambridge.
